EIPSA Election Notice (EEN) is hereby given to the qualified members of our organization, that the election for the Executive Committee (EC) has been called and ordered to be held on December 1 through 8, 2014 using online balloting system. The election will be held online using forms on www.eipsa1.com/election web site.
Prior to the election date, members are encouraged to self-nominate and/or nominate experts who have the ability to advance EIPSA’s vision to the next level. The election committee will receive nomination for EC elect by the following email: election@eipsa1.com. Nomination is open from November 17, 2014 to November 24, 2014.
Once nomination is finalized on November 24, 2014, the list of the names of all candidates, and the office each seeks will be published on a separate notice. The ballot to be used at this election shall include the name of offices up for election and names of the candidates from which the members would be choosing. All qualified electors of EIPSA are hereby notified to log into www.eipsa1.com and cast their ballots for all the 5 open offices for this election cycle on the specified election period.
The advisory committee would like every voting members to know that their vote is confidential throughout the voting process and you are allowed to cast your vote only once for each of the five open positions.
During 2014 election cycle 5 executive committee members are up for election. These are:
- Environment and Agriculture section
- Law and International Affairs
- Public relation and communication
- Finance
- Member at large
